Brice Elnicki Elected to Land O’Lakes Board of Directors

Jan 15, 2025

Ag Partners Cooperative is proud to announce that Brice Elnicki, Senior Vice President of Grain & Business Development, has been elected to represent Region 3 on the Land O’Lakes Board of Directors. This appointment is especially noteworthy as Brice is among the few board members who are not currently a CEO or cooperative board member, made possible by a recent bylaw change at Land O’Lakes that expanded eligibility to include senior leaders reporting directly to a general manager or CEO.

“I am honored and humbled to be elected to the Land O’Lakes Board of Directors,” said Elnicki. “Receiving the trust and support of member cooperatives in our region is a privilege I deeply value. I look forward to representing our membership and gaining deeper insights into the Land O’Lakes business as I serve in this important role.”

Brice brings a wealth of experience to his new position, combining leadership at Ag Partners with a unique perspective shaped by his deep understanding of the family farm, private sector, corporate sector, and cooperative system.

“We want to congratulate Brice on his appointment to the Land O’Lakes Board of Directors. Member representation at the regional level is a critical component of the cooperative system,” said Wes Spohr, Ag Partners Cooperative President & CEO. “Brice’s extensive and diverse industry experience will help ensure that Region 3 members will be well represented on the Land O’Lakes board.”

Brice’s election highlights Ag Partners’ dedication to fostering strong leadership within the cooperative system and expanding opportunities for its members.
