Berwick Oil Company and Ag Partners Cooperative are pleased to announce that their respective Boards of Directors have signed a Definitive Agreement to merge the two cooperatives, pending final member approval.
On July 15, 2025, Berwick Oil Company (Berwick) and Ag Partners Cooperative Inc. (Ag Partners) jointly announced that their respective Boards of Directors have unanimously approved a Letter of Intent (LOI) to pursue a potential merger.
