Aug 22, 2022
SENECA, Kan. – August 22, 2022 – Ag Partners Cooperative, Inc., announced today the appointment of Brice Elnicki as VP of Grain and Business Development. He will oversee the Grain Division of Ag Partners in this role, as well as the execution and implementation of the cooperative's strategic initiatives.
Brice Elnicki was born and raised in southeast Kansas. He grew up on a row crop farm and at his dad's ag businesses, which included a grain elevator, fertilizer/chemical business, and a feed mill. He has been involved in agriculture his entire career, both as an employee and as a farmer, operating a small cow/calf operation. After graduating from the University of Arkansas with an Ag Business degree, Brice helped manage his family’s grain business, KAMO Grain, in Pittsburg, Kansas. When KAMO Grain sold to Scoular eight years into his tenure, Brice stayed on to manage the location and assist with two other locations in southwestern Missouri. Brice became the CEO of Producers Cooperative Association (PCA) in Girard, Kansas in 2018 after just over three years with Scoular. During his time at PCA, the company experienced strong growth and developed a great employee culture.
Brice has been married to his wife, Sarah, for 11 years. Sarah practices family law in southeast Kansas, and they have three amazing boys, Knox (7), Finn (5) and Rush (2). Brice enjoys playing and coaching sports, hunting and fishing with his boys, traveling and relaxing with his wife, raising a family, and trying to enjoy it all. “I'm very excited to join Ag Partners to begin a new chapter in my career and for the opportunities that are in front of us,” said Brice.
“We are fortunate and pleased to have Brice join our team at Ag Partners. Brice's extensive experience and expertise in the grain industry will add value not only for Ag Partners Cooperative but for the producers we serve," said Wes Spohr, Ag Partners President & CEO. "We look forward to having him join us as a member of our team at Ag Partners."
Brice will begin his new position on September 19, 2022.
